SHIPPING POLICY

      At Cutelle, we offer two shipping options to fit your needs. Choose Free Shipping and your order will arrive within 4–11 business days, or select Express Shipping for faster delivery in 3–8 business days. Every order is carefully processed before it ships, and you'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's on its way, so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

 

  All orders are processed securely through our platform, and you'll get real-time updates from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your door. We know waiting for something new can be exciting, and we're committed to keeping you informed throughout the process. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

     Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review each case and offer the best solution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.


     Changed your mind? We accept exchange or refund requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed securely through our platform and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days.
